A full on sales pitch but no sale achieved. The owner of this agency is bullish and uncompromising. Having made a complaint about their sales tactics relating to a particular incident, this was not resolved and he failed to waive his two weeks notice period. Despite telling him that I never wished to hear from him again, he kept on calling when we placed the house with another agent. In the end I had to put the phone down on him....
