Fantastic and professional service

First time renting made easy
Was tipped off about RedKey by a friend, visited the house on the Monday and by Saturday had keys in hand. It was my first time renting but felt well at ease since everyone very professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Good service in general
The quality of service that Rey Key provided overall was good to excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to asking questions on the properties themselves and the payment process. There were one or two questions about the property I eventually moved into such as the presence of connected telephone lines that they weren't able to answer and I had to find out myself. In addition, I needed to send a couple more emails than usual to clarify a few technical and logistical points.

First time using redkey lettings Newport
Myself and my wife Recently rented a property from redkey lettings Newport in the duffryn area and I found them to be highly professional, friendly, efficient and reliable. Very prompt with returning calls and emails etc. The whole team there were fantastic especially Samantha Thomas and Rebecca Payne. Very happy with our new home and highly recommend this professional company.
