Simply the best
Duncan, the Manager at Putterills, Stevenage is very caring and efficient and Nigel, the Sales Negotiator is amazing and always very calm in what can be a very stressful time. Liz and Nina are so helpful. We sold our house last year and bought a Putterills New Home which is lovely and the New Homes Team are great too. Putterills are simply the best.

Putterills are excellent
While it's true that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, Putterills made things as easy for us as they could possibly be. Everyone we dealt with there was professional, experienced and courteous, and we felt were genuinely interested in making sure that things went well for us. This ran the whole way through the process: - Their valuation was realistic, meaning that we had no falsely raised expectation about ease of sale - We witnessed their agents conducting viewings, and saw them relating to and interacting well with potential buyers - They communicated with us frequently throughout the process Having a person dedicated to progressing the sale meant that problems with other vendors and solicitors in the chain were spotted early so that they could be dealt with in good time and not delay the process. Others in the chain used an online agent who was difficult to get hold of. With something as time sensitive as being part of a chain it is incredibly useful to be able to pop into a shop and speak to someone, and not have to play phone tag with an online-only salesperson who has already earned their commission….. In short - Putterills are excellent and I'd certainly go with them again.

You won’t find better.....
Top class estate agent who were excellent from the word go. Nigel Eveleigh in particular was superb, he kept us informed twice a week at the beginning and then as the exchange got closer updated us even more, good or bad which if wasn’t for him our move would have fallen through. In our experience we can’t rcommen them highly enough. You get what you pay for!

Simply The Best
What a fantastic all round estate agent from start to finish. The valuation was simply straight forward and an honest appraisal of our property. Viewing were confirmed by text and carried out on time with genuine feed back. Once the property was sold the progress reports were consistent each week. The staff were always friendly and went the extra mile for us.

Smooth and worry free service.
I just wanted to drop a quick note about the exeptional service I received from Putterills when I purchased a house through them. Although I wasn't selling through them they still treated me as a client and kept me up to date with the chain and I always had emails telling me the latest news on the purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others wanting to buy or sell their property. I was particually impressed with Nigel Everleigh who was professional and cuteous throughout even when times got a bit hairy he always kept his calm and was worked so very hard to make sure it all came together.

Listed Property for Sale in the Old Town
Home sales in Britain aren't exactly easy. They take considerable more time than it does in the United States although Continental purchases may vary. So when we planned on selling our UK property from abroad, we had no expectation of anything other than delays and strife. Imagine, then, how relieved and pleased I am at the completion of our sale to think back on the superb service Nigel Everleigh and the entire staff at Putterills Stevenage made on our behalf. From listing to completion, the Putterills team was upfront, helpful, consistent and knowledgeable. They were with us for the entire sale and their knowledge and helpfulness alleviated any anxiety we might have feared. We're grateful to have had such a dedicated team of professionals working on our behalf. Thanks again Putterills for all you did to make our sale such a success!

Excellent Service from a great team
Throughout all of our stressful sale the team at Putterills remained calm and supportive. I wouldn't use anyone else as not only are they the best for local knowledge their customer service is excellent.. Neena was an absolute star.and we would not have moved or remained sane without her.

Proffessional service,, excellent communicators, helpful friendly assertive team
I cannot fault the service of Putterills during the sale of my late mother's property, The service was second to none. From beginning to end they acted with the greatest professionalism. Nigel Eveleigh was particularly helpful in resolving some particularly difficult issues. He kept me very well informed of events as they unfolded and was so friendly and considerate at a particularly difficult time. It made the whole process much easier than I could possibly have hoped for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Putterills to anybody.

Very professional service from a great estate agent.

Outstanding Service
Without the help of Nigel in High St office the purchase of our home would simply not have gone through. He worked diligently to ensure sellers and solicitors were in the right place before moving day.
