Tracey Office Manager

We would just like to thank Tracey from Move & Save on how professional she has been from day one! We have not bought many properties but she has made everything so clear on both sides. Having a personal contact with Tracey (we spoke after 8pm the other night) she clearly is not in the office but on her own time, gave us a call to advise on what we needed to next! After selling our property in May and now we are mid September you can imagine everyone is getting a bit anxious and frustrated. Tracey has been in the ball from day one. When the CEO of Move & Save gives recommendations and bonuses, please make sure you recognise this lady!!

Selling

I have recently marketed my property with move and save. Tracy was recommended by the vendors of the property we are buying. Tracy did not disappoint. She gave good advice about the local housing market. She clearly has years of experience and very good knowledge. She goes above and beyond when photographing and presenting the house for sale. Communication from the team has been excellent and efficient. I have been kept advised of feedback and offers made. I would not hesitate to use Move and Save again especially if dealing with Tracy and her team.

Tracy and her team provide an outstanding level of service, Tracy is super efficient, organised and her knowledge for the industry is second to none, with a great back up team in the office. This was the 2nd time we've used Tracy and it won't be the last!

5 Star service

Having never dealt with move and Save I was blown away by the exceptional service. Tracy was so informative and professional, nothing was too much trouble on a Sunday aswell at anytime. I will be recommending these guys to everyone a real 5 star service.

Puts the rest to shame

Not normally one for leaving comments, but in this case it's wholeheartedly deserved. I have dealt with Tracy twice now over 13 years and both times the experience was faultless. I sold my property in a matter of days, well, Tracy sold it! Do not hesitate to use Move & Save; fair price for an exceptional level of service, effort and care from inception to completion. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication, which is so critical, was flawless.
