Excellent service
I can't recommend Brights if Bideford enough. From beginning to end Neil was always in hand to answers any queries. When he was not available the rest of the team were equally helpful. My son is now in the process of purchasing a further property and getting the same professional service.

A first class team
I cannot fault the service provided by Bright's. They provided a first class service from valuation through to sale. Every member of the team was polite, efficient and professional. Their local knowledge is second to none and I feel that they are realistic in their valuations and expectations.. I was kept informed every step of the way; this was very important when selling from a distance. I cannot recommend them highly enough..

Honest, open and simply easy to deal with
I have bought and sold a few properties with each agent just doing enough to justify the fee! Simon came to see us following other local agents who just tried to be too smart and complicated. Simon is professional and honest and will give you his honest opinion, other agents in the area are over the top and just try to be to clever. I bought through Simon and due to the great service we also sold with Simon, I would not hesitate to recommend Brights to anyone who wants a pleasant, professional and honest service.

Outstanding
We bought the property through Brights and found them to be very efficient in every way. Their advice was good, the information was accurate and they kept us informed in every step of the process. We later sold our property with them and again the service they provided was excellent. The brochure they produced was of a high quality, Neil even brought up a step ladder to use when taking the photographs so that they would look better. During the selling process we were abroad for some of the time but they continued to give us regular updates on the progress of the sale. Couldn't ask for better service.

Professional & Personable
We specifically chose 'Brights' as our Estate Agents after checking out all the other agents in Bideford, for which there are quite a few! We liked the fact that they were not competitive, or used pointless jargon and that they are down to earth. They get the job done well and really do care about you as a person! They are also a family business who have been established long enough to have wisdom and the professionalism you would want. We sold our house within the first couple of weeks of it going on the market and would happily go with Brights if we were ever to move again.

Simply Great....you wont find better.
Sold our two houses in Westward Ho!last year and we also purchased our new one through this Agent. Every thing was done with the up-most of care, professionally, and they kept us up-to date through the whole process...which was not without its difficulties, and the many parties involved.. However, they ensured that all the transactions went as smoothly as possible, handling the transactions with care, sensitivity and with next to none personal service. Highly recommended, and would not hesitate to use them again.

All the personal and professional service you could wish for
Brights were wonderful. We had only bought one house in the past and that was 40 years ago! We have sold a grade 2 listed building and Brights were marvellous with their advice and support. They liaised with our solicitors every step of the way which kept stress levels to a minimum. We bought a bungalow through Brights and nothing appeared too much trouble for Neil, Simon & Kevin. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

How it Should be Done
Brights, and particularly Simon Bright was pleasant, helpful, communicative and realistic in their dealings with us. Their brochures are well laid out and they contain excellent photos. Phone numbers are clearly displayed as are room layouts and dimensions. Their office is conveniently situated. Their newspaper adverts are just right. If only other businesses worked as well as this. Highly recommended
