We worked with both Barry and Craig and both were efficient and a pleasure to work with. Consistently good service

I had a bit of a stressful move that took longer than expected due to issues with my buyer, so I have to say the dealings with Astley Sharpe, who I purchased through, were the smoothest of the lot. They're contactable and keep you updated as well as being more informative on the whole sale/purchase process than my solicitor or the agent I used for selling my property (a different one as I moved from London). This is the second time I've used Astley Sharpe and I've been pleased with the service both times so would recommend.

A buyers prospective

We recently purchased a house that was on the market with Astley Sharpe. Craig was our main point of contact throughout the process. We first met Criag on the initial viewing, he presented us with the written brochure containg all details, he took us in and introduced us to the owner. Craig's approach is very professional but at the same time he helped he us feel relaxed whilst walking around someone else's home! We placed a full asking price offer that was accepted. We than had a second viewing that Criag also attended. The chain we were in was fairly big and complex! Criag was extremely informative and helpful when speaking to and/or chasing information from Solictors and other agents! Our experience of Astley Sharpe was a positive one from a buyers prospective.

Effective, Professional

Respectful, not what you hear much when talking about estate agents. . We bought our house through them. I could see the effectiveness of their sales, but felt none of the usual hard sell. They are very knowledgeable and effective. There's no one sales pitch for all. We later rented the same house out and decided to use them again as out letting agent. We did this for five years until we sold it last year. They went above and beyond to assist on issues.. As an overseas landlord this was invaluable. Astley Sharpe do not stop giving you service, just because they've been paid. Their customer service is second to none!

Outstanding professional

We dealt with Astley Sharpe for 3 years while we rented our property. During this time all issues relating to the house and rent were acted upon promptly and it was a pleasure dealing with them during this time.
