A buyer's perspective
Most reviews will be from vendors, but we wanted to express our satisfaction from a buyer's perspective. The service received from Aqual, Yasmin and Jo was first class every step of the way. When we needed any information or anything chased up, they were only too happy to assist and were always very punctual in coming back to us. It made what could have been a complex process very straightforward. We would happily recommend Aktons to others.

COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL
I have been renting properties out in the Caerphilly area since 1999. I arranged a meeting with Jo, the rentals agent then I had to change the date as my previous rental agency had made an error with the vacation date. Jo was away on holiday the following week but kindly arranged for Mr Khan, the owner, to meet with me. He took on my property and give me excellent advice on the best way to market it. As I live out of the area, I have had to rely heavily on the Aktons team arranging keys etc for contractors doing work on the property. They have been brilliant in assisting me in coordinating this in order to get my property marketable as soon as possible. So far I am very impressed with the service - and the personal touch! So refreshing to be helped rather than hindered!! Lol. Thoroughly recommend. I will post more comments as the rental procedure progresses...............watch this space

Top class
I have used Aktons a number of times to purchase a house and let out another property I own. They are incredibly efficient, very professional and competitively priced. I always recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent letting and sales agent
We used Aktons to manage a rental property (sourcing tenants and managing the let) and later to sell the same property. Aktons were extremely professional, honest and courteous throughout our exchange with them. They managed the property in a very proactive way and we felt that the monthly management fee was well worth the money. When we came to sell the property, Aktons' excellent marketing secured us 4 offers within 1 week and we completed on the property within 8 weeks. I would highly recommend Aktons for both property management and property sales.

Excellent, professional and great advice from real people
I interviewed several well established local estate agents before settling on Aktons and it was a great decision. I'm a former procurement professional and Aktons was the only estate agent who offered friendly and honest advice in a calm non sales atmosphere. The agent we met was Jo who spend so much time finding out about my mum's circumstances and dealt with her with respect and dignity. When your selling a much loved home this approach stood out. She was also exceptional with marketing and sales advice. Following Jo's advice we agreed her plan and the house was sold within a week of marketing.. Jo kept us inform throughout the quick sales process which completed without a hitch. If y1ou want personal focused service I would thoroughly recommend this excellent estate agency.

Excellent and very personal service
Professional company to deal with a lovely personal touch. Went above and beyond to help us sell and move before Christmas. Dealt with every situation promptly and kept us fully informed of what stage our buyers were at. Would highly recommend.

Aktons is a dream Estate Agent
I have bought and sold houses through Aktons and they have also managed my lettings portfolio for a number of years. I can honestly say that they are the ultimate professionals and they always go the extra mile. They are great with communication whether it be over the phone or over email and I genuinely don't have a bad word to say about them. I would and do recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues

First class, friendly, but professional service.
Initially, we put our house on the market with another Caerphilly estate agent but we had few viewings and even less feedback - they just didn't really take an interest. We decided to try Aktons and were so glad we did. No fancy talk or promises; they gave us a realistic valuation and went about providing a lovely description of our house which did the job of spiking the interest of prospectic buyers. Everyone at Aktons is friendly, down-to-earth, and care about their clients. We would recommend anyone who is about to put their property up for sale to trust Aktons with the sale. We had never met any of the staff beforehand but now they feel like friends.

Professional, 'Ethical ' Estate Agents
We've used Aktons for a few years now, and there are good reasons why. Fed up of the sharp suited and booted young men and women who know ( and care less ) about the particular locale, property particulars etc. we thought we'd give the new kid on the block a try, we've never had reason to be sorry we did. There knowledge, expertise, and straight forward business dealings make me feel my business is in safe hands. Not only safe, but ethical and trustworthy ; I'm aware that you make think calling an estate agents ethical and trustworthy is a misnomer, I would have before we began dealings with Aktons too ! Bottom line is this, they are very very good at what they do and you won't get shafted......... The added bonus of no sharp suited, sunglasses wearing, Audi driving kids just has to to make them the only agents I would recommend. I have not been paid for this rating, nor am I related to any of Aktons staff. I welcome contact to verify this is a bona fide rating from a happy client of Aktons.
