We recently rented a flat with them in Northern Quarter and after 2 months we are not pleased with how things are going. The very first day we came in we discovered that the heating was broken, one of the bathrooms was completely clogged and the washing machine was broken. They got the washing machine and bathroom fixed straight away, but the most important thing, the heating, is still broken after 2 months (it's now January by the way, it's cold without heating). They took their good time and after 1 month sent a plumber that couldn't fix the problem. More weeks passed and only after contacting the landlord directly, they quickly sent another plumber that still has to resolve the issue... meanwhile gave us 2 tiny electric heaters that can barely warm my feet.. - When you talk with them it seems like they are going to do everything and is gonna be fine, but in the end they fixed only the small issues while we were suffering in the cold flat. My advise is to carefully check that everything in the flat actually works and not to trust them on their word.
