Excellent Property

When I was asked if I would mind writing a review for Belvoir Wolverhampton it was not an issue at all, they have managed my two properties for four years and have been nothing but excellent. One of the tenants did fall into arrears and Belvoir dealt with the eviction for me and even went too the court on my behalf, they recovered the rent from the guarantor and re-let the property. I have had five sets of tenants between the properties and this is the only issue I have ever had and I can't blame them as they did all they could and Michael kept me updated and explained the process. They just really are excellent and I cannot thank them enough so like I say when asked to write a review it was not an issue more the least I could do.
