I had a fantastic experience with both Jenny and Victoria when applying for my first rented property. In light or recent events, both ladies went out of their way to ensure I had all the information I needed to go ahead with the property. I had no issues and even though their schedule was cut down to particular working days and hours, the information was still given to me when it was made available to them from the landlord. I would just like to thank you both for helping me with everything.

Both me and my partner separately contacted Martin & Co about 2 different properties and had the same awful experience. During COVID the guy who answered the phone didn't have a clue what was happening, he said he'd call back as he'd have to "go into the office to look in the book"...?!? In the end he never called back. My experience was requesting a viewing for a property they were advertising, likely the same guy answered and seemed completely clueless and said something likely not for a potential tenant to hear - that the current tenant should have left by now, but that they didn't have the keys and he had no idea if I could view it, but once again would call me back and never did. So unprofessional and don't deserve any business. Go elsewhere!

Awful experience as a prospective tenant. Being treated like an insolent child by an admin worker, then the attempt to keep our holding fee when it fell through due to the landlord. Please be very careful when dealing with these people. They must only treat landlords like customers because I didn't feel like one after I was passed to the admin girl. We dodged a bullet.

They deserve much less than 1 star. I had never met people worse than them. We lived in the living room for one and half months because there was a damp in the large bedroom , which they didn't fix and the molds was growing on it when we moved out, and they didn't change the filthy carpet in the small bedroom. You might wait for 3 months to have a consent from the landlord and never been told yes or no. Apart from the above, the lady responsible for the maintenance didn't answer my emails for more than a month till I have cc'ed the other lady. The fridge was freezing all the food and they didn't fixed it. Finally they charged us £85 for the cleaning of the kitchen which we left much cleaner than the first we came but they had fixed the leaking roof and did all the mess. After living 6 months in dampy filthy flat we paid them money for their mess.
