My favorite agency to work with when renting a property because they have a very kind, attentive team who ensures every detail is carefully considered and make it very very simple and professional to rent a home. Elisha helped us find a home, and when we found one we really loved she really helped with all the official stuff and paperwork and seamlessly made us rent that apartment! Yuka was our house manager there and I am very very grateful to have worked with her. She replied my comments regarding fixtures about the house immediately, she communicated them to the landlord and created a friendly communication between us, when there were problems she always acted so nice to me and helped me solve them instead of making me feel powerless or guilty. She listened to every problem I had. She helped me use the appliances in the house. Most importantly she always had a smiling face when I went to their office or when I called her!
