We have had the pleasure to work with Andrew whilst trying to purchase a property. It has been, by far, the best experience we had with a real estate agent. Andrew was professional, shared information about the property that helped us make our decision. He was helpful and addressed all of our concerns. He was responsive and we did feel that he had our interests in mind, not just the seller's (whom he was representing). After all, both parties have to be happy with the transaction to ensure they will reach the "exchange of contracts" stage and Andrew seems to know this and act accordingly. We did not feel rushed or pressured to submit an offer; also, the viewing and the bidding process was fair (as opposed to some other agencies who call and cancel visits on the day or call you withing the hour for your offer).
