I recently contacted several estate agents to get quotes for selling my house. I sent a quite detailed email with as much detail about the property as I could, trying to preempt what they would need to know. All the agents that contacted me asked me all the questions I had already answered in my email, clearly showing they had not taken the time to read the information I had spent time and effort to write. All except Dario from Martin & Co, who called me and had all the information to hand, and got straight into answering my questions I had asked. This level of attention to detail and professionalism, as well as friendliness continued throughout my dealings with Dario, and indeed the other members of staff I had occasion to speak with After each agent went out to see the property, they contacted me to discuss how to proceed, and I found most of them to be pushy, desperately trying to extra services that they all conveniently provided, and those that weren't pushy were simply unrealistic about the price they thought I could get for the property. Again, Dario called me to discuss the valuation/viewing, and was very realistic about the price I could expect, the condition of the property, and what he thought we needed to do to achieve the asking price. He did not try to sell me any other services, and was very open and forthcoming. I instantly felt that I could trust Dario, and therefore Martin and Co to do their best for me and my house sale, which is why I chose to go with them. I would definitely use them again if I had another property to sell.

My mother in law recently sold her home with Martin & co. She received fantastic service and the staff were fantastic particularly Mr Idle whom was always there to help the sale along to completion as timely as possible. 5 stars. Would never go anywhere else.

Professionalism & Excellent Customer Service

Personal customer service at its best, from start to finish. Martin & Co really promoted our property well and it sold within a couple of days. We were supported throughout the process by Kathryn and Beth. Kathryn was quick to respond to any questions or queries from the start and really assisted with getting the purchase through by checking on the progress on both sides and chasing solicitors.
