I have rented my flat through McCartan lettings for 5 years now and have been extremely happy with the service I've had. The fees were reasonable and the network of contractors used similarly fairly priced. McCartan also advised me well on the condition of the property, helping me to get a good rental price, beyond what I had previously achieved. The staff have always been very responsive and diligent in keeping me informed with any issues. This good relationship has helped to ensure minimal problems in any tenancies. Hannah herself has also always been very approachable and advised me well on general issues as a landlord and opportunities in the sector. Overall - really happy with McCartan lettings and will continue to work with them in the foreseeable future.
