I had a very disappointing experience with this team. I had been enquiring about one particular property for quite some time, and every time I was told that it was not available for viewing. I even offered to pay a holding deposit to secure it. Later, they informed me that the property was undergoing maintenance work, which would be completed in two days, and that they would update me once it was ready for viewing. I followed up with them every single day, yet there was no clear response. This morning, when I called again, they said they would get back to me — but I never received a call. When I contacted them again in the evening, I was told that the property had already been viewed by someone else on Monday and was now let agreed. This was extremely disappointing and shows very poor customer handling and communication. If I had been properly informed earlier, I could have explored other options instead of being misled and wasting so much time.
