Having rented properties via a few agents within St. Albans Space Lettings have definitively been best of the bunch. They have been personable, reasonable and professional throughout our tenancy. We mostly dealt with Hayley and Zoe, both really impressed us with their responsiveness with both general queries and repairs. Having seen some negative reviews on here I can honestly say our experience has been the polar opposite, we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Think its worth reminding those reading these reviews that if you get an unprofessional landlord then it's not right that the ladies at Space take the flak as they are only one half of the arrangement. We never had any significant issues in 2 years, but we also had a good landlord that approved repairs etc. promptly. In summary one of the most professional teams we have dealt with as long term renters, would not hesitate to recommend the team at Space Lettings.
