Highly Recommend
All of the team at Northwood in Sandbach are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them at all. We have been with them for 3 years and are remaining with them for a lot more years. Highly recommended, Professional, Friendly and Helpful can not fault any of them.

Excellent Service
We recently purchased a property through Northwood, from the moment we rang to make an appointment to view the property we were instantly impressed with the service received from Susan Radcliffe. Consequently when it came to selling our property a few weeks later, we opted to use Northwood as our agents. Through out both the sale and purchase of the two properties, Susan has been fantastic, very approachable and unbelievably helpful, more than exceeding our expectations throughout the process including through various issues that arose. Overall the service we received from Susan was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northwood's.

Great service
I have dealt with Rena at the sandbach office and find her to be helpful, , knowleageable and very professional and the service provided excellent. I will be using northwood in the future to rent out my properties.

Excellent professional and personal service
I have been helped by two members of staff in particular, Suzanne and Rena, to deal with various problems arising in the property, principally damage caused by ingress of water from another property. They have handled the matter in a very professional manner which has taken a lot of pressure off me. They liaise very effectively with the tenant and have managed to contain would could have been a very difficult situation

Sale of property following 2 years on Guaranteed Rent Contract
As we couldn't sell out property when we wanted to relocate, we decided to "rent to buy" . Andy Heath and his team in Sanbach acted professionally and promptly ensuring we had a good quality tentn during the period of the two year rental contract. When we were approaching the end of the contract we asked Northwood to market the property for sale. Lucy in the Sandbach office dealt with this, and managed to find us a buyer very quickly. The transaction went through pretty seamlessly from the Estate Agents point of view, despite the usual difficulties with the purchasers solicitors and their inability to communicate effectively. Lucy was very proactive in ensuring we were fully updated during every stage of the sale, and I'm happy to say we completed last Friday. I would certainly recommend Northwood Sandbach as both a letting agent and an estate agent, and will use them again should I need to in the future.

Excellent agency for landlords
I have been a client of Northwoods (and its predecessor) for 8 years and I have always been happy with the level of service - noticeably improved when Northwoods took over but was good before! I live over 200 miles away from the rental property I own, and therefore it is absolutely vital for me to be able to trust the agency I use and I am very pleased with the team at Sandbach. Thanks to their skills I have had hardly any void periods for the apartment.

Sale of my house
I would recommend Northwood in Sandbach for their excellent services they provided me with regarding my house sale. Lucy at the branch provided me with a very professional service, great communication skills and a speedy service dealing with my solicitor and myself. A 5 star rating!

Great friendly Team
I would highly recommend Northwood Sandbach to any Landlord. They went out of their way to help me with a problem tenancy even before I signed up with them. All the staff are friendly and helpful and I have handed over my properties to be fully managed by them.

Fab customer service
Northwood in Sandbach have always been extremely efficient when I rented my property out with them. More recently even though the property is no longer on their portfolio and is going through a sale with another Estate agent Northwood contacted me to let me know the property door had been left open when they were notified by a concerned neighbour who was aware the property had previously been let by Northwood. If only all estate agents and staff shared the same customer service values. Thanks again
