I’d like to make a special mention for Jess and thank her once again, she has been absolutely amazing in helping me to resolve an issue I’ve experienced recently with a utility company regarding gas and electricity billing, she has gone above and beyond in assisting me and even took this problem to the ombudsman on my behalf and am more than pleased to say the ombudsman found in my favour, this would not have been the case if Jess had not been so diligent and relentless in fighting for my interests!

I want to say a huge thank you to Carol for everything she’s done to help us with getting our property. From the very start she’s been amazing, super helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Carol has kept in touch and replied to emails and calls quickly, to keep us in the loop at all stages. Hannah, Vikki and the girl I spoke to in sales today have all been superstars too!
