Went in to enquire about being added to the property emailing list as keen to know about new properties on the market in Pinner and sorroundonf areas, the guy said system slow and provide the details on a paper form which I did..been 2 weeks and still waiting for email🤷‍♂️ …

Second time I've had an appalling experience with Robsons. Recent one was when I phoned to book an appointment to view a property on Linden Avenue, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 but the estate agent never called back to say if the owner would allow buyers who don't have offers on there property yet. On top of it, before ending the call I did ask if he had my number and he said it's recorded from the call. When I prompted for his name he cut the phone off!! Awful and frustrating experiences with unprofessional customer experience.

Dear Bhavisha I am sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with our office. We are currently inundated with requests from applicants in positions ranging from ‘not on market/on market but no offer agreed/under offer’ alongside; ‘first time buyers/no chain buyers and investors’. The volume of the calls that we are receiving is unprecedented due to the stamp duty incentive offered by the government recently. We are doing our very best to speak to everyone but it can sometimes be difficult and in some cases we have to prioritise. I can confirm that Linden Avenue in particular and a vast number of our properties will only accept viewings from parties that have sold or can proceed immediately and I can offer my sincere apology for the fact that you were not called back. Contacted them a few times to view a property which they have had on a market for months but nobody got back. Such a disrespect to the vendor.

Extremely horrible experience over a phone call, asking so many personal questions even before a basic viewing, lady i had an call with, i don’t want to disclose her name, but she was extremely rude, unhelpful, highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

I had one of the worst experiences with Robsons. After arranging a house appointment and even going as far as making an offer, the agents showed absolutely no professionalism. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to keep us updated. It felt like they had no interest in helping us at all once we showed genuine interest. Their lack of communication and arrogant attitude is shocking for an agency that is supposed to be helping people with such an important decision. I would never recommend Robsons to anyone – avoid them if you want to save yourself stress and frustration.

Rubbish estate agents Send your properties that aren't anywhere near your budget or not even your requirements. Also they keep sending you emails with properties that aren't even available anymore. Complete time wasters

Called in regarding a property clearly still for sale on Rightnove, was told that I would be called back as staff member was not sure of the situation, a week later and still no call !!!!!

Robsons Pinner keeps sending me emails from different staff members despite multiple requests to take me off their database, they havent bothered to reply to requests. Will have to go to tge ICO. Needless hassle.

Sadly a poor experience with the Pinner team. Communication was initially very positive and proceeding well regarding my sale and separate purchase of a new property, but this soon fell away. I’ve not heard back from the team despite chasing three separate members of the team.
