Had called and spoke to an agent 3 times on 3 different occasions about viewing a property (actually two properties by now) that we are really interested in but nobody ever calls us back.... It is so unprofessional and if I was selling through them I would be very concerned. I can only hope that Robsons has such an abundance of clients that our business is not needed. I will now stop trying to contact them.
