Paul always responded quickly and was extremely helpful when there were issues and even when no issues the communication was great. I totally trusted their decision making in regards to my property. I would also recommend their services to anyone looking for lettings management. The only reason I stopped is that I wanted to sell my property, otherwise I would have been very happy to continue working with Domovoi, and I will be happy to work with them in the future if I can.
