Renting our new home
Me and my wife were very pleased with the speed and attention to detail demonstrated by Alexandra Ball during our search for a new home. She proved to be highly efficient in all interactions between ourselves and the landlord making the entire process much easier and faster. Review of David Mendel
David was acting for the vendors of number 10 Pembroke gardens close. We found dealing with him as the new purchasers a real pleasure. He was always courteous and helpful and very good at liaising between the vendors and ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it made the buying experience much easier.

Great service by Alexandra Ball
We have had a perfect experience with Alex. She was very quick at showing the properties we wanted to check out, very well organized tours to view the house and good advice. Alex has also helped us getting the lease secured with the landlord. She has been most responsive all along and has replied to all our questions very quickly.

Persistent and professional
David Mendel did an excellent job in selling our apartment in Kensington in an uncertain market. The challenges of the market and communicating with a buyer resident overseas added to the difficulties. David was both persistent and professional in overcoming these issues keeping us fully informed along the way. We were very satisfied with the outcome.

An excellent experience with Rav Sagoo and Ian Barrett
I have just completed the purchase of a property proposed by Rav Sagoo (21 Fitzclarence House, 175-177, Holland Park Avenue, London W11.)., who showed me the flat understanding my needs and plans. He's a very good agent: he never left me alone during the purchase, he chose an excellent solicitor for me and he always answered to all my questions. Ian Barrett played a very important role, too: he inspected the flat prior to completion and was present when I could not be there. Thank you, both!

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Rav Sagoo.
At the viewing Rav was very welcoming, knowledgeable about the house, polite, professional, charming and straight forward. During the 2 weeks from the viewing to exchange of contracts Rav stayed in the loop and was always available to help resolve any issues.
