I am a long term tenant of various agencies, and LHW are by far and away the most straightforward, honest, caring and responsive agent I have been with. They have communicated really well throughout, with calls before work being done, or changes ( such as before a rent increase) When I have had issues they have been so lovely and responsive. I am now moving away (change in job) but recommend them to anyone looking to rent as their approach and support have been first class. They have proven that letting agents can be approachable and work with you as a tenant and restored my faith in the industry.
