Experience of first meeting and talking with the agents for the first time was amazing. Being a single mum with 4 children living with parents I was not sure if I would even be accepted to veiw. Every step was explained and anyone would help with anything I needed along the way. Any issues I have had have been dealt with in good time and according to my/landlords needs. Maintenance issues reported via online are still dealt with quickly. Best company I have ever rented from and hope if I do ever need to move I can stay with them.

It was an amazing experience and I was kept well communicated through every step of the process. Since, my move was on a tight frame due to a new job, Liam helped fast track the entire process, and made sure everything was in place for my preferred move in date. I am a long term tenant of various agencies, and LHW are by far and away the most straightforward, honest, caring and responsive agent I have been with. They have communicated really well throughout, with calls before work being done, or changes ( such as before a rent increase) When I have had issues they have been so lovely and responsive. I am now moving away (change in job) but recommend them to anyone looking to rent as their approach and support have been first class. They have proven that letting agents can be approachable and work with you as a tenant and restored my faith in the industry.
