Family member unfortunately had to use this company. They unlawfully took money from a guarantor at the end of a contract- they admitted to this and even refused to refund after! Incredibly hard to contact after this happened. From reading other reviews it appears many others share this experience. Stay well clear. Shocking excuse of a company managed by incompetent cowboys

Avoid using this company and services at all costs - there is no way to communicate with them. They charged my account in unfair disputed charges for a property I moved out of last year in which I had no water for 3 months (amoungst other problems) and had no response from the company renting the block for 1 year, 6 months after moving out. They are a service made to allow large rental companies to bill tennants with no checks made, communication given or protection for tennants whatsoever. It would be easier to pay a deposit and document conditions / checks. I have been unable to contact reposit and they debited the funds from my account in full after 48 hours of revieveing an email.

Terrible system which will continue taking money from you even after your tenancy period is over. Have no good system for contacting them and will just keep putting the blame anywhere else and telling you any payments are non refundable. Just scammers they say they are fulfilling a “service”.

It seems like the cheaper option until you get random charges at the end of the tenancy and money is just taken out of your account instead of splitting it between all tenants. As a student I thought this was a better idea but it ends up costing way more money in the long run. I would not recommend!

If I could good zero stars I would.Taking advantage of tenants at the end of tenancy (and I am not even a tenant) no real way of disputing any charges without incurring extra costs. My advice would be to avoid.

Do not use this company if you are a tenant. They charge an annual fee, and then when you dispute a landlords claim, they want to charge you £60, so you are left having to pay out either way. There are much better tenancy deposit schemes out there than Reposit!

Had no issues with Reposit initially as many of the other reviews make clear, it seems like a simple and affordable alternative to a deposit. That is until the tenancy is over. When you sign up to reposit you give them continous payment authority, this means they can take what they want when they want from your account. The landlord is given 24 days to prepare their costs while tenants get 7 days to make payment. I asked for this continous payment authority to be removed and they did so, while advising me for the privilege of doing so they can charge £125 (more than the charges in the first place). I highly recommend any potential new customers to read all of the terms and conditions and avoid using the service if at all possible.

Worst letting agent i have ever dealt with

Really disappointed with the service. Far far from what was promised! Failed in all areas. Never answer the phone... always goes to some call centre somewhere. Won’t use agin.
