Avoid using this service at all times, takes the landlords word against the tenants. When disputing, takes money out of you to dispute where there is no guarantee if you will remove the charges or not. Don't reply to emails or contact you. One of the most unprofessional services I have ever used. Takes large amounts of money for no reason. 0 Stars service, would definitely not recommend.
Closer to a scam than any actual benefit to tenants. Sold as a better alternative for tenants when renting as you don't have to put a deposit down in the traditional sense and that it is like insurance for landlords. But what it leaves out in the description and hides away in all the small text is that the tenants are still responsible for any charges the landlord makes and you pay an extra £60 for the privilege of disputing it. You only get 7 days to respond to a claim too. So they take your money and do absolutely nothing with it to make a tenants life easier. Would definitely not use again.
Complete time wasters. Avoid them by any mean. They will require you to fill up several forms online, before even showing you the property. I completed the form for the main applicant and they returned asking filing up the forms for my partner and a 4 years old child.

What an absolute joke of a company they will do nothing at all too help tried on a few occasions to come to an agreement with them with no joy. So they just took the money out of my account . AVOID AT ALL COST !!!
Reposit is a scam. No matter whatever evidence you upload to support your claim. They does nothing and take money money from the bank account without our approval. 100% fraud.
Unwilling to refund money taken from my account after I had already paid the bill. No way of speaking to someone in person. Avoid at all costs if you are the parent of a student tenant.
One of the only companies I have ever come across who will take money from your account without even asking. I wouldn’t even mind but I didn’t owe the money anyway. 1- I’d paid my half of the reposit. 2- The letting agency had my partner’s other half of payment due to them requesting it be sent directly to them (Linley and Simpson) then never communicating with reposit. They now won’t help me get my money back.
