After a few issues in the early days with transcripts not coming through to us on time (which was an issue from our side), Chat Heroes helped us work around this and we have had a number of enquiries which have lead to orders. It’s wary use full to use options if you don’t want deposit to you landlord asking you to deposit greater option future !

Reposit is an okay option for renters who do not have the upfront deposit. However, it feels more like a cash grab in my opinion. If you have the option for a deposit I would suggest going with that over this any day of the week.

Well as a buyer at first I was impressed how fast Mike was responding to calls and emails but once the keys were handed to us and we had few questions regarding the house to the owners Mike has totally blanked us no response from him disappointing.

​Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ​I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ​To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ​I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Contacted Ewe Move Brighouse on a Wednesday AM via lived chat and requested a viewing for a property in Clifton. 3 days later I have not heard anything. Contacted them again and the person I got in touch with had no idea who I was a said they could not access the system. I’m sure the vendors would not be impressed, I certainly am not

I also sent an email to the email address you provided but that bounced back as undeliverable. Sadly because the two contact details you provided didn't work I had no other way of getting in touch. I've spoken to team and they couldn't find the details when you called because the correct phone number and email address didn't match the ones from the live chat. Apologies for the confusion, I can see why both you and the person you spoke to were confused. I would love to show you around the house. Scammers! I fled a domestic violence incident 5 years ago, they have now taken charges from me for a previous partners tenancy after my card details were used, I am not on the tenancy, I was not a tenant - I have been hounded via email and recieved threatening texts, it has affected my mental health and I will be taking further action!

Angela was very kind and helpful where her manager is extremely rude person incase you don't wanted to insulted and bear a big loss refrain from dealing with proffitt and holt
