Excellent service. It provides our website customers with a virtual "store assistant" to help them navigate our website and to answer their questions. Providing a human touch to an on line experience - a very cost effective way to provide a high level of customer service.

We have been using Chat Heroes for 9 months now and find them excellent-very responsive and they seem to ask all the right questions from the script that we have provided. I would thoroughly recommend them. We are in the process of updating another one of our websites and when ready we will be adding the Chat feature to that as well.

Fantastic service. I requested viewings of several rental properties after being signed off work waiting for surgery on my back. I have over 11 years experience in estate agency and lettings management so I know the good from the bad. Peta was the first to respond, others waited until Monday morning and some still haven’t got back to me. She was the only person to take a little time to understand our situation as the income and dinamic of our lives has changed massively. After taking the time to understand our situation, 2 adults, 1 disabled & 1working, 2 dogs and 2 kids she knew her stock and was able to recommend a few properties we may be interested in. 1 was perfect so she arranged a viewing for Tuesday evening when the landlord could be available to meet us in person.
