Even though my landlord was a complete and utterly useless waste of space, who didn't deserve £5 a month rent, let alone £450, Charli in the office was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my rental agreement.

Very impressed with the level of service in particular with the branch manager Cheryl. Efficient, friendly and prompt!. Top marks indeed! I'm not the easiest to please however will shout from the roof tops when great service is delivered. Thank you so much for your help Cheryl. Realistic advice given with regard to sale price of property I was offering, together with various options for methods of sale. We chose to go down the auction route, which worked very well for us. The house sold at auction on 16th October, and completion was on 17th December, which we found satisfactory.

I walked into the Darwen branch today looking for rental properties. The staff have been very informative going through the whole process of applying for a property and spoke about the areas that would suit me best. Staff are very friendly and helpful  - I would definitely recommend.

The customer service from all three ladies we dealt with at Your Move Darwen was exceptional, when viewing a property recently. Simple things like ringing me back when they said they would (even though they didn't have the information we were asking for, they rang me back to tell me this and arranged to call back again when they had it), as well as showing much genuine interest in our requirements (for the future if anything which might suit us turns up) and taking time to learn our names (and get them right as well) and the history and details of the property we viewed. We have had dealings with 4 estate agents recently, one was pretty reasonable and the other two weren't much good at all (these two did nothing from the paragraph above, suffice to say...) - but Your Move Darwen are from a different solar system to the other three, judging by the way they treated us and how they went above and beyond what we would or could have expected of any estate agent.

We were shown around a property last week by Paul Bottomley and were extremely impressed. The property wasn't quite what we were looking for but we found Paul to be professional, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. Although we didn't make an offer on this property he agreed to keep us informed of other houses that may be more suitable. He knew we were visiting with other Estate Agents and wished us luck with our search and informed us that even if he we bought from someone else he was willing to visit and offer advice, he also explained how he could help us to find tenants and manage the property for us if required. He promised to send us some videos that explained the full process and these arrived in my inbox on the same day and were very clear and concise.
