Great experience for me meaning it was fore more accessible for me to arrange a new rental property closer to work while already renting elsewhere. Sometimes it’s difficult to save up another deposit while waiting on another and haggling at the end of tenancy. This seems a far more realistic option to most renters. One off fee that you know won’t be given back at a much lower outset knowing the check at the end will then be realistic.
