I rented a small apartment in Croydon and Doug was my Senior Negotiator, he was very efficient, very attentive and the text messages and emails that I sent to him asking questions about the rental process were answered immediately, always courteous and polite helped me a lot by simplifying and speeding up the process, today I am happy in my new flat and I would like to congratulate Doug and the entire Bairstow Eves Lettings Team for their speed and efficiency as always!
