Outstanding Service
We let our house through Northwood as we were moving abroad and required a service that would take out all the hassle for us. We have signed up to the Guaranteed Rent for a two year period and the great thing is that we know that we will be paid every month without fail.. Mark and his team are excellent.

Excellent service and communication from agency.
I have had excellent service from Northwood after leaving a bigger more established agency in the region. I have found them to be courteous and honest in all aspects of dealings and they manage the property in a professional manner looking after the interests of both the tenant and the landlords. The rent secured is fair and payment prompt. I would recommend this agency to anybody who has property to rent in the region and who are also fed up with the service provided with more established agencies.
