We initially put our house on the Market with an online agent thinking that cheapest was best and that it didn't matter about the databases of clients or local knowledge because everyone looks on right move. After 9 weeks we'd had 9 viewings but no offers. So realised we had made a mistake. Whilst on the market we registered with all of the local agents in Bradley Stoke and gave them a brief idea of what we wanted. We initially viewed 2 houses with Catherine from CJ Hole. Myself and a family member purchased an investment property through this branch at the end of last year. Negotiators Julian and Steph were brilliant! So helpful in answering our many questions and accommodating viewings and visits. We then instructed the Lettings team to manage the property. We have had two sets of lovely tenants with excellent rental income. The property has only been vacant for 3 days in total since we completed!
