Great service during our sale during difficult circumstance. John, Amanda and Lara sold my late mother's house, a sale which was made more complex by a bereavement in the family during the sales process. The viewings and sales process was handled very sensitively during a difficult time. The team were all fully in the loop and acted proactively with other professionals to ensure the sale completed without avoidable holdups. Their contacts for house clearance and electrical work were also excellent: they turned up when they said they would, did their jobs and charged what they quoted, something which we do not take for granted. Easily the best estate agents I have ever encountered. They drive the process all the way through - they are proactive. So many other estate agents are at best responsive and at worst not responsive. In a particularly difficult chain, Lara chased all members of the chain very regularly to ensure the process was expedited as swiftly as possible. They earnt their money. I strongly recommend them.

When our Mother passed away in Jan '19, we ask John Wadsworth to sell her house. Since Bookham is such a small friendly place, John knew our Mum just from seeing her walking from her house up to the café (her social club!), and always stopped for a quick chat. John and Amanda gave us a very professional service, helped with a lot of advice on selling the house, and achieved a fair price in a fairly flat market.
