Dreadful service, awfully slow, negligent, understaffed and overpriced No one ever picks up when you call, or responds to your voicemails. They take weeks to respond to emails, and MONTHS for simple problems to be solved, after dozens of emails, phone calls and broken promises. Excuses constantly given such as lack of staff, but they seem to make no effort to fix this their end. So why should we have to pay the normal rate for an understaffed service? We've been through 3 property managers, none of whom ever have the time to deal with our problems. There is a total lack of communication between the staff and logged, recorded issues get lost time and time again. But when there is a mix up with the landlord's paying for an extra set of keys, then they are instantly hassling you via threatening emails (sent out of working hours) demanding money that you don't owe! Our flat has had problem after problem ignored. They really don't care.
