The people at Jeffrey Normie certainly go above and beyond and I think without their experience our sale would not have gone through. It was a complicated chain of 8 possibly 9 sales with 2 split chains and a deadline date. The pressure was on.. But, Nicole Bradburn, did not let that worry her. She was just fantastic! She professionally hurried along solicitors every day, she moved things along in ways that we didn’t think was possible but with her friendly pleasant approach to all things she really got things in line and there was a lot. She thought of things and resolved them before they became an issue and kept everyone informed all the time. She was amazing. James was also excellent negotiating the sale and selling our homes to make it work and obviously Nigel with his all encompassing knowledge of how to get a house sold and how to market it. Along with the rest of the team whose names I do not know. This was a sale where we needed professional experts to complete all the chain and that’s what we got. Along with some much needed time and chats to reassure us, all would be okay. Amazing Work guys.

Nicole at Normie’s has saved house chains falling through for me twice!! She is an expert at her job, personable and professional at all times and I would only ever use Normie’s moving forwards. She cares about her clients and potential buyers and facilitates swift communication throughout the chain. She really does live up to her title!!! This move was a difficult one for me after the loss of my husband and I really was made to feel at ease at all times. A big thank-you to all the team. My kids and I are all settled in our new home and Nicole has played a massive part in that.

Nigel and Nicole at Normie were just incredible. Nigel came to photograph our home and he was so warm and funny, he put us at ease immediately. Our house sold within a week and from there on out we dealt with Nicole who should be given the biggest pay rise going. She was there every step of the way, answering our emails or phone calls promptly, putting us at ease and chasing any solicitors with success. Honestly cannot recommend Normie enough.

I have just sold a property through Normies Estate Agents and from the first point of contact with Natalie I knew I’d made the right choice. Everyone I’ve come into contact with has been friendly and professional. Special thanks must go to Nicole (sales progressor) who has been fantastic. Nicole is very personable, extremely knowledgable and has kept me well updated and supported through quite a difficult sale (not through any fault of Normies). Normie estate agents were absolutely fantastic. I was really stressed having experienced a house purchase fall through that had been on the market with Clive Anthony (who were absolutely appalling). From the minute I arranged to book a viewing a day after a house went onto the market and then putting the offer to the seller through to getting the keys they were amazing. They totally empathised with the difficulty of my position of living with friends due to the previous place falling through and chased everyone almost daily to achieve a from viewing to completion timescale of 8 weeks (my solicitors Ocean in Bishopston were a massive driving force behind this, with Normie more than happy to get on board and work hard to help). I highly recommend Normie they are an estate agent filled with lovely, pragmatic people, who are able to navigate the emotion and challenges of buying a properly sensitively and proactively!!!

Normie estate agents dealt with the sale of my late father's flat. Natalie arranged the valuation and Jaymes dealt with the early stage of the sale. Nicole co- ordinated the latter stages. All were extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
