Excellent people and service!

I am new to London and was desperately looking for a place to rent in North London. I found a Marsh & Parsons ad online, which I responded to at 2 am, and the next morning at 10 am I was arranging a viewing with them for that very afternoon! They walked me through all the details of the listing and answered all the questions I had as a newcomer ie on transit links, safety. They went above and beyond their role as an agent, including letting me know what I could (and perhaps shouldn't) negotiate for in the tenancy agreement as well as got in touch with the landlord to forward my inquiries. They were courteous, informative and very representative of my interests as a tenant. Brilliant service - one that I would recommend to anyone!
