Charmingly, helpful and excellent service!

I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent service I received as a novice wishing to rent out my brother’s house. Everyone I spoke to was unfailingly helpful, kind and professional. Everything was expedited and the house had a wonderful tenant in no time at all. I received great advice and the company took good care of the new tenant too. They have been wonderful to deal with at all times. I’d like to thank Di in particular as she has been charming and Emma is lovely too. I can’t recommend Letwise Sheffield highly enough and would give more stars if possible.

Fully responsive and sympathetic team

We moved into our new apartment here, in Sheffield and as is often the case there were some initial teething problems. I'm happy to say that the LETWISE team were responsive to all my emails (often within five minutes of sending the email) and within a week of moving in all the problems are solved. I'm very greatly for Dianne and the team for their help in reducing the stress involved with finding a new place and making it home. I fully recommend them to anyone out there looking for a letting agent. Thank you!

Excellent Agency and Ladies

My partner and I have recently rented a property through Letwise, and what an excellent experience we have had. Having only ever rented through private landlords I was a little apprehensive to go through an agency but it has been so easy. The lady who showed us the property was very friendly and helpful and did not put pressure on us at all to make a decision on the spot, which is what we were expecting.. Since then all the ladies in the office have been more than helpful, I have had a slight issue with my credit rating and they have done everything and more within their power to overlook this and sort it with the new landlord. They have put up with my constant emails always wanting an update and have managed to get us into the property with our unrealistic looming move in date. Could not recommend, or thank them enough!
