Very responsive

I have lived in my property for justbunder 4 years and during that time Slater and Brandley have been easy to contact and supportive. Any issues have been sorted quickly and taken seriously. I feel lucky to have found them and would use them again

I currently rent a property through Slater and Brandley. Vanessa has been our main point of contact and she always gets to back to me promptly when I have any issues. Gary does the inspections and he is friendly and always gives an estimated time of when he is coming which is helpful. We had a problem with our lock on a weekend so I contacted the out of hours line and Will was fantastic - he arranged for a locksmith to come out and they were out within the hour. It was sorted there and then which was a relief. Thank you Slater and Brandley - always professional, friendly and reliable!
