Horrible management quality

I've been renting from them for less than two months, and already had so many issues... They have failed to pay gas bills on multiple occasions (mind you, all bills are "included"), resulting in me and my housemate sleeping and waking up in the cold. They even opened the door for us to "top it up ourselves", but after the viewings they closed them anyway. Also, they let our neighbors (whom they rent to) to connect to our power supply. Not a big deal since the bills are included, right? Of course we were not informed about it. We lost power for about an hour and when I called the management, they told me to "open the fridge and see if there's light inside" because they didn't believe a tenant can be smart enough to know when there's no electricity.
