They have bad customer service
I rented a flat from Checkus properties for 4 years and these are the things I don't like about them: - they don't have a valid email , the email address and the web site are both expired . - I chased them for 2 weeks after I moved for the deposit after I sending many emails. - the deposit I got is £50 off and I sent around 4 emails without any reply. so I don't recommend it .
