Poor service but high fees
We've got a letting contract in place through WW for a total value over £40k and the agency hasn't managed to get us installed an additional lock (cost £100) or lights in the back garden when several burglary events happened in our road and someone broke into our property. After a month of emails going back and forward, we had to pay for the extra lock ourselves and the lights are not going to be installed. NOT happy at all with the service received, hence NOT recommended.

Rented a property, persuaded to rent for longer than originally intended. Always on the side of the landlord, like to take as much money as possible from the tenant. Seriously overcharging on all properties. Would never use them again. Charge too many fees.
