Straightforward and responsive agency
I was living in a house rented through Unico for a year and half. Securing the house was an easy and quick process, and they were responsive throughout my tenancy to issues in the house, and helped to coordinate issues with the landlord. After my tenancy, I received my full deposit quickly. Thanks, Unico

We are very happy with this company
We are very happy with this company. They were awesome to deal with from the moment I walked into their premises. After having several estate agents over to our home, we decided to rent our property with Unico and I can only praise their work and dedication, the professionalism, and accuracy in their work, from the word go. we would recommended you try them whenever you need somebody to look after your property.

Very easy new tenancy
Unico have served us very well and overall has been a very pleasant and efficient experience. From the initial holding deposit through to signing an agreement, Unico has worked for us and the prospective landlord in a clear, precise, and an efficient manner. solving any issue surrounding the terms of the contract and move-in dates very well.

Honest, Friendly and Reliable
Unico Property Group have been assisting me with my rental property for over 4 years now and they have made it a simple stress free process for me. They were able to advise me on what I should include in my contracts, they found good tenants for me and they are consistently able to find me a good rental price. Their reach is as big as any national brand, but their service is so much more personal. The office is a pleasure to deal with and I know that my tenants will be treated fairly, and with respect. These guys give estate agents a good name and I have recommended them to a number of my friends who are now also happily benefiting from their services. I cannot sing their praises enough.

Super Excellent Service
Before using Unico I swore never to let my apartment again after using the biggest letting Agents in Kent who took my money and did nothing for it. They didn't vet the tenant they put in there properly and I had nothing but nightmare with them for 1 & half years. Most of which they didn't pay the rent or bills and also thrashed the place before they left. I was persuaded by Jason at Unico to try again and they were unbelievably professional throughout the whole 2 years I used them. The tenants they put in was vetted properly & my rent was never late once! Unico have revived my faith in Estate Agents again and I would highly recommend them. Excellent service all round!â€
