Very professional & reasonable terms for landlords
Sarah, Jay & Mohammed were very helpful & professional as agents. They offered an introduction only service & we found their terms to be quite fair. They did all the checks & the paperwork, which was a great help. Even though most viewings were done after work & late in the day, Sarah was very patient with the potential tenants & showed our flat efficiently & explained the terms well. They selected the right people for our flat. We were pleased with their service.

Adam at Dimension Estates was great
Adam at Dimension Estates was a pleasure to work with, he knows the local community and area really well. If we needed to move again, or market our property we would not hesitate to use these guys. We had a much better experience with Dimension Estates than other agents we signed up with in the area when looking to buy.

Very efficient, great service!
Dimension estate offers efficiency and great service when you are looking for a flat in East London. Last year we were stressed and frustrated about not finding a decent flat, Dimension estate found us a great flat in the perfect area and we were settled in the flat within two days. They offered us great service not only on the moving in process but throughout the tenancy and after. Highly recommend this estate agency!

Awful
The house I am currently living in, managed by Dimensions, is inhabitable. The hot water and heating has been faulty since we moved into the property in September, and we have been left without both intermittently at up to a week at a time. Incredibility, the issue has still not been fixed, despite the insistence of all three of the gas engineers that have seen the boiler that a new boiler must be fitted. Given the exceptionally high agency fee, I would certainly not recommend anyone I know to use this estate agency. Avoid at all costs!
