Impressive - added real value
We really appreciate Dendrow's efforts in helping to secure us a tenant. We alone would not have found tenant's at a good/fair rate for the flat. I don't normally like dealing with estate agents but in this case Amar, Zead and Tiana at Dendrow have achieved what many other agencies including the larger, well known ones have not been able to, and in only a couple of couple of viewings as well. In our view this is genuinely impressive. They are all really decent, nice people too and seem to work collaboratively as a team rather than competitively as individuals looking for a commission which is really nice to experience and restored my faith in estate agents. Thank you.

Problems never get resolved!
The flat which houses me and 4 other tenants have been staying in is in terrible condition. We were promised repairs to the flat before we signed our contracts nearly 3 months ago and in flat is still in the same way. We get contractors coming in to the flat on numerous ocassions that do nothing to the flat leave and then we get told it will be another few weeks until they can come and do the same thing. Floor boards broken so parts of the floor is uneven, carpets are odd and not been replaced for years it seems and to top it all off we have holes in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms where mice have be coming into flat. Staff are very polite and try to be helpful but I wont be using Dendrow again. This experience has been dreadful.
