Very professional and reliable team
They have been looking after our let property for few years now and have been excellent. Everyone in the team is highly professional. Have known Farzana from the start and she never fails to go extra mile to solve any concern. Best estate agent we have ever used
We found the service and friendly support from Simple Estate Agents to be of the highest standard. We have bought and sold before but Simple Estate were by far the best agent we have ever used. They know the market well and understand their clients' needs, They found us a buyer very quickly and at a good price. We can't thank them enough.

Quick, efficient and very helpful
From start to finish, the process was very smooth. Our agent was always available to speak to and arranged meetings at a time that worked for us. All the paperwork was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Would use again in the future

Would not hesitate to recommend
After 19 weeks of viewings and many cancelled viewing appointments with another local estate agent, Simple estates took our property on, they maanged to secure a buyer for our property on their fist and only viewer. Not only were we kept up to date wih everything from Victoria from their sales team, when we were let down with a property for ourselves, just a few days before the completion date of the property we were selling, Gurpreet was quick to offer us a viewing on a property, where we are now living. Due to many reasons, the final few days leading up to the completion date and afterwards were a very stressful and traumatic time for us. We can honestly say that thanks to the staff, the way we were treated and the generally polite, helpful, relaxed and friendly atmosphere at the office of Simple Estates, it has really helped us with moving on.<br><br>We would not hesitate to recommend them to any family or friends who wished to sell or rent a property through.
