Helpful / friendly and good advice

Not yet marketed the property but have found ElliotLee and in particular James Burgess to be helpful, friendly and able to answer all my questions. Will use ElliotLee for any future needs and would recommend them.

Excellent service from Brad and the team at Elliott Lee. The viewings were held with minimum inconvenience to us and our property sold within days. The whole process from start to finish was dealt with in a very proffessional manner. Brad is a very approachable and likeable person. Case Processor: Shelley Tristram

I found the support and advise given by Shelly Tristram very useful and helpful for what was at times quite a difficult process of selling my late mothers house. Her communication skills were excellent, she was in regular contact with the buyer and his solicitors as well as mine. This open communication was really useful as at one point when I was having trouble with lost Probate papers and other issues, my buyer was threatening pulling out of the sale. Shelley kept positive communication with all parties and all issues were resolved without too much anxiety. As I was new to selling n my own I found the Case Processor service offered by ElliotLee very useful, it saved time having to contact the agents and Shelley made a point of making contact in some form almost every week. When she was off on sick leave she asked James from the Pinner branch to remain in contact with me. Because of the reasons given above I have rated ElliotLee an Excellent. . Buying a property as such is a very long and tedious process especially when the waiting period is more than two months. This is was my first engagement with Elliot Lee, having not been actively engaged in the housing market for over 10 years. Based on my recollection of having dealt with other estate agents in the past, for me I found their customer focus to stand out (in a good way). Although I initially dealt with their Sales Director, James Burgess, Shelley was drafted in to help make my sale proceed as smoothly as possible - she not only did this, but she proactively kept me updated on anything in regards to the progression of the sale - even when my initial sale fell through, Shelley was there even for the Open House to help find the next potential buyer - this continual effort from Shelley and James was the only reason why I didn't switch to another agent, and I would like to thank both of them for their help in my sale.
