Very professional and helpful!
I bought my house recently through Adam at Curchods. He was very involved throughout the stressful procedure. He chased my solicitor every week to ensure everything went smoothly and communicated efficiently between us and the seller. He was also able to give many useful advise as he's a local expert! Definitely the best estate agent I've dealt with, thank you very much

Everybody was very efficient, friendly and helpful.
Curchods dealt efficiently with the purchase of our house two years ago and now have dealt very satisfactorily with its sale, including some tricky negotiations over moving dates, etc.

Amazing, personal service
We've recently moved in to our amazing new family home and used Curchods for both the sale and purchase of our property. Unlike some of the agents we met they were provided an amazingly personal, professional service and really impressed us with their genuine approach. Its been an absolute pleasure to work with them during a period which is notoriously stressful and are really grateful for their hard work and dedication.

Quality service and peace of mind.
Dealing with Adam at Curchods, Ham was easy from the beginning. Whether it was a phone call or popping in to the branch itself he was always available with advice to stear us in the right direction. The 'after sale' service was great too as we still have the occasional contact to check on progress and general interest in how we're getting on. Highly recommend.

Great personal approach and genuine people

Wonderful customer service and professionalism
We recently purchased a house with Curchod's in Ham and we were looked after wonderfully by Adam and John throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very professional at all times, friendly, attentive and made the purchase stress-free and fast. Smooth buying experience with curchods
I recently bought my house in north Kingston via curchods at ham and the entire process was smooth. They managed it pretty well from viewings to offer to completion. Thoroughly recommended!

Well done Curchods
We sold 2 houses and bought 1 with Curchods. The service just gets better and better each time. Adam managed to find a great cash buyer who paid the asking price for our house within 2 days at the outbreak of Brexit. Well done Curchods, could not praise you enough. We would be delighted to deal with you again in future!

Sale of property
