Having visited the vast majority of letting agents over a period of four months and having only experienced rudeness and a desperation to get you out your viewing as quickly as possible, i came across Citywide and Dario. The office staff were polite, professional, friendly, helpful and organised suitable viewing times around my schedule. Was greeted by Dario at the agreed time, given a detailed walk about and time to view myself and thereafter offered the opportunity to sit and discuss the property in more detail. Further to that, ALL minor concerns with the property have been dealt with immediately. This is the model other agencies should learn to follow!!!
