First Commercial Property

This was my first commercial lease and having dealt with various other agents (Residential and Commercial), it was really refreshing to meet agents from the MG team. It can be easy to get overwhelmed and confused by the usual sales/logistical jargon that comes with any new purchase, but this wasn't the case with MG. My agent Ben Alcock was really down to earth, bubbly and on the ball and even though there are certain things within the property buy/lease processes that inevitably take time; having an agent that is as astute as Ben is key. Ben is a credit to his team and the MG ethos and whilst our process was only dealt with for a brief time by Michael Izzi, he too was very accommodating. Overall, this branch has a great team and I would feel confident in MG handling any future property searches.
